W.O.D – This is a 60min traditional CrossFit Class which involves a warm up, a strength or gymnastics component a metabolic conditioning component and finished up with cool down/stretching.

Active Ageing – This is our Exercise Physiologist led seniors class! Build strength, balance and confidence!
Training in a small group provides the perfect combination of expert coaching and attention with the fun and atmosphere of training in a community of like minded people. All workouts will be modified as needed for each person in the group to ensure everyone gets the most out of their training and no one is left behind.
For those wishing for a more individualised approach, 1-on-1 training enables you to have the undivided attention of a personal coach. Your coach will develop a program specific to your needs and ensure you make the best progress possible.
If you are New CrossFit then the first step is to go through our On-ramp program. This will involve a series of 1-on-1 sessions with an expert coach to teach you the basics of CrossFit, assess whether you have any injuries or limitations and make sure you are safe and comfortable before joining a group.

Your kids can play upstairs in our fully supervised and equipped Creche allowing you to focus on yourself.
