Memberships can be paused at any time for between 2 weeks and 1 month. To request a hold please fill out the form below which will then be sent to admin.
- 7 days notice is required prior to a hold request.
- The maximum hold time is 1 month.
- If on a contract, the minimum term will be extended to reflect the hold time.
- A hold may affect which day of the week your future debits comes out. Please check your next debit date on your app to avoid failed payments. Ezidebit charges $21.90. If your debit date has changed please contact jacob ([email protected]) to move it back with at least 3 days notice. We will not be responsible for any failed payment fees you incure from putting your account on hold.
- It is the members responsibility to input this form on time and correctly.
- Holds will not be processed in any other format then through this form.
